Cancellation, No-Show, and Amendment Policies
Individual Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date will not incur cancellation charges beyond a one-night retention fee.
Group Cancellation (5 Rooms or More): Cancellations made less than 25 days prior to the arrival date may incur charges up to 100% of the length of stay.
All standard policies pertaining to the hospitality industry will apply unless explicitly stated in the reservation confirmation document.
Payment Terms
A pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card or through the booking agency at the time of arrival for the total stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per Hotel policy.
Accepted Identification: Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Indian Nationals may present an Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID, or Passport (PAN cards are not accepted). Foreign Nationals must present their passport and valid visa.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, payment gateway, UPI, or direct bank deposit.
Taxes: Applicable taxes will be calculated at the time of reservation.
Extensions of stay will be charged at the rates applicable at the time of the extension request.
Certain special offers and privileged booking rates are non-refundable. Guests are advised to review conditions before booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method.
Additional Policies
Children up to 5 years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may apply for children aged 5–10 years. Children above 11 years will be charged as per the extra adult rate.
Photo identification is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Standard Terms and Conditions
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited in guest rooms. The Hotel reserves the right to evict additional occupants.
Reservations are non-transferable, and name changes are not allowed.
No-shows will incur a one-night room charge or as per the booking offer terms.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests due to inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or non-compliance with Hotel policies.
Guests must maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards during their stay.
Damage to Hotel property (movable or immovable) may incur charges at the Hotel's discretion.
Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Hotel in advance. However, the Hotel cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
The Hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles on the premises.
Lost property will be retained for three months before disposal or donation.
Parking is at the guest's own risk. The Hotel assumes no liability for parked vehicles or their contents.
The Hotel is not liable for losses, costs, or damages arising from cancellations or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or government actions).
General Provisions
By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to the Hotel's Terms and Conditions.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if information provided is found to be incomplete or falsified.
All bookings are subject to the latest Terms and Conditions as posted on the website www.viewtoriaresort.com.
The Hotel is not liable for any failure to comply with these conditions due to circumstances beyond its control.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions may be made without prior notice.
Guests agree to indemnify the Hotel against liabilities arising from their stay or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
