Refund Policy
At Viewtoria Resort, we strive to ensure a pleasant and flexible experience for our guests. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, early departures, and any refund eligibility. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following refund terms:
1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, the refund amount and process will depend on the timing of your cancellation:
- 60 Days or More Before Check-in: For cancellations made at least 60 days before the scheduled check-in date, a full refund will be provided, minus any applicable service fees or taxes.
- Group Cancellation (4 Rooms and Above): Group cancellations made within specific timeframes prior to the arrival date may incur charges, including up to 100% of the total stay. This is subject to the discretion of hotel management.
- Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount, after deduction of cancellation charges and applicable taxes, will be credited to the customer's bank account using the same payment mode (e.g., debit/credit card, net-banking). Refunds may take 10-15 business days to process.
2. Payment Terms Policy
- A pre-authorization may be taken on your credit card for the total stay upon arrival, or by the travel agency responsible for your booking. Any expenses incurred during your stay must be cleared at checkout, with amounts beyond 5 days requiring interim settlement.
- Payments can be made using credit cards, payment gateway links, UPI, or direct bank deposits.
- Taxes applicable at the time of reservation will be included.
- Extensions to your stay will be offered at rates applicable at the time of the request. Expired offers will not apply.
- Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are non-refundable and not eligible for changes. Guests are advised to review the conditions prior to booking.
- For credit card payments, refunds will be processed to the same card.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Reservations marked as "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations, date changes, or no-shows. Please review your booking details carefully before completing a non-refundable reservation.
4. Early Departures and Check-In/Out Policy
Guests checking out before the scheduled check-out date will not receive refunds for unused nights. We recommend booking only for the duration of your planned stay to avoid charges for early departures.
5. No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice ("no-show") will forfeit the entire reservation amount. No refunds will be issued in cases of no-shows.
6. Modifications to Booking
Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and applicable cancellation or refund policies. Modifications that lead to partial or full cancellations may incur fees, with refund eligibility depending on the timing of the request.
7. Special Circumstances
In rare cases, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or unforeseen events, exceptions to the refund policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Viewtoria Resort management. Supporting documentation may be required.
8. Third-Party Bookings
If your reservation was made through a third-party platform (e.g., an online travel agency), the refund policy and process may differ. Refunds will follow the terms set by the booking platform. Please contact the provider directly for cancellations or refunds.
